For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we act as the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through this website.

This policy applies to personal data collected through this website, including when you use the enquiry form or choose to contact us through email, telephone or WhatsApp. It does not apply to information handled solely by an independent third party after you leave our website, including social-media platforms, Google Maps or WhatsApp.
3. Personal data we collect
The information depends on how you interact with us. It may include:
- identity and contact information, such as your name, company name, email address and telephone number;
- business information you choose to provide, such as turnover range, service interest, business goals and your message;
- communications and correspondence you send to us; and
- limited technical information needed to operate the website, such as the browser storage record that remembers whether you dismissed our cookie notice.
Please do not send sensitive personal data, trading credentials, account numbers, investment instructions, unpublished price-sensitive information or confidential third-party information through the general website enquiry form unless we have specifically requested it through an appropriate secure channel.
