Northbeam Venture Private Limited is a Mumbai-based advisory for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) preparing for a more disciplined, transparent and sustainable next phase of growth.
We work with promoters and management teams on the work that comes before a formal capital-markets process: understanding the business, improving financial clarity and strengthening governance.
Our role is advisory. When a company decides to pursue an SME public issue, formal transaction work is led by the issuer and its appointed SEBI-registered merchant banker and other intermediaries.
